Outlook Daylight Savings Time

There is a daylight saving time display 'bug' that affects both Outlook for Windows and Outlook for Mac. It's not really a bug, but a limitation of the capabilities of the time scale and only affect people who start the week on Sunday. We have an issue with outlook 2007 that when we create a meeting automatticly add 'Note', We have Office 365. Example: When: Thursday, October 31, 2013 9:00 AM-9:30 AM (UTC+02:00) Jerusalem. Note: The GMT offset above does not reflect daylight saving time adjustments. It is annoying, how to solve this issue?

  2. Outlook calculates Greenwich Mean Time by using the computer's clock time, plus or minus the local time zone adjustment, minus (depending upon the time of year) the daylight-saving time adjustment. As soon as Outlook receives the meeting request it will calculate the meeting time for the recipient and schedule it on the calendar.
