There is a daylight saving time display 'bug' that affects both Outlook for Windows and Outlook for Mac. It's not really a bug, but a limitation of the capabilities of the time scale and only affect people who start the week on Sunday. We have an issue with outlook 2007 that when we create a meeting automatticly add 'Note', We have Office 365. Example: When: Thursday, October 31, 2013 9:00 AM-9:30 AM (UTC+02:00) Jerusalem. Note: The GMT offset above does not reflect daylight saving time adjustments. It is annoying, how to solve this issue?
- November 4, 2014 appointment, daylight savings time, Microsoft, Outlook, time zones Training cyberguru On the first Sunday in October each year, Daylight Saving Time commences at 2:00am with clocks brought forward one hour.
- Outlook calculates Greenwich Mean Time by using the computer's clock time, plus or minus the local time zone adjustment, minus (depending upon the time of year) the daylight-saving time adjustment. As soon as Outlook receives the meeting request it will calculate the meeting time for the recipient and schedule it on the calendar.
- These reference points are in the same Daylight Saving Time are. But Daylight Saving Time Begins and ends at different Dates worldwide. Actually my program check the Culture of OS and use this culture to use the Microsoft DST informations. I also use this culture information for my Home time.
